...for the respondent no.2 The Court: On 9th January, 2023, this Court had on the application made by the petitioner in AP/775/2022 reconstituted the Arbitral Tribunal by appointing two Arbitrators who were to thereafter appoint the presiding Arbitrator. However, a new application bearing No.AP/107/2023 that has been filed by the petitioner indicates that the Arbitrators suggested by the Court have recused themselves and, accordingly, this Court requires to once again appoint two Arbitrators.

In light of the same, Mr. Jayjit Ganguly, Advocate (Mobile No.9830052031) and Mr. Ritzu Ghoshal, Advocate (Mobile No.9830211206) are appointed as Arbitrators in the matter.

The learned Arbitrators are directed to appoint a presiding Arbitrator and commence proceedings at the earliest.
