Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioners have complied with all formalities for registration of a deed presented by the petitioners, the registered deed has not yet been handed over to the petitioners, for which the petitioners have given a representation to the respondent authorities, which is annexed at page 87 of the writ petition, to which no reply has been given by the respondents.

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, no further service is being directed.

WPO/273/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5, that is, the Additional Registrar of Assurances-I Kolkata to decide on the representation given by the petitioners dated March 18, 2024 annexed at page 87 of the writ petition in accordance with law, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, positively within three weeks fromthe date of the communication of this order to the said respondent. No order as to costs.
