For petitioner The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd June, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The estate left behind by the deceased comprises of an immovable property which came to the deceased/testatrix from her husband's side. The husband of the testatrix predeceased her. The only son of the testatrix, namely, Chiranjib Chatterjee also predeceased her as a bachelor. The two brothers of the husband of the testatrix predeceased her. One of them, namely, Asit Chatterjee died as a bachelor. The other brother, namely, Dr. Bimal Chatterjee has two sons, namely, Dr. Shyamal Chatterjee and Mr. Nirmal Chatterjee. Dr. Shyamal Chatterjee is the executor and Mr. Nirmal Chatterjee has given consent.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate being PLA 81 of 2022 stands disposed of, accordingly.
