The Advocate-on-record Mr. Francis Samson Correa of the election petitioner has written a letter dated 7.12.2021 to the petitioner stating that he has been facing a lot of problems due to the lack of communication between the petitioner and him because the information which he had to give to the petitioner is not being communicated properly and misunderstanding is taking place. The said letter has been produced for keeping it on record. Respondent is represented.

Learned Advocate Ms. Kiran Kumari Mahato appearing as a Counsel engaged by the said Advocate-on-record Mr. Francis Samson Correa has submitted that they are not appearing in the matter any further.

In such view of the matter, I find that the election petitioner is not interested to continue with this matter any further. He has also not filed further pleadings, liberty whereof was granted to him on his prayer on 16.9.2021 to file the same by two weeks after Puja Vacation. The said period of 2 weeks has expired on 22.11.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the matter I dismiss this election petition.
