In view of the subsequent facts which have transpired and the fact that the decree-holder has now approached the National Company Law Tribunal, I am of the view that no purpose would be served in keeping this execution application pending.

EC/77/2021 alongwith all interlocutory applications stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate proceeding afresh in accordance with law if so advised in case of a change in circumstances. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
