...for the respondent The Court: Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He submits that the petitioner shall make endeavours to serve the notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 upon the respondent at the same address as adduced in the cause title of the present petition.

Learned Counsel for the respondent states that the address mentioned in the cause title of the petitioner is the correct address and the petitioner can serve the notice under Section 21 of the Act, at the same address.

With the consent of the parties, the address of the respondent as mentioned in the cause title shall be treated as the address for the purpose

of service of the notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. (GAURANG KANTH, J.) R.Bhar
