It is submitted on behalf of the parties that pursuant to filing of this application, the learned Arbitrator has entered reference on the 13th December, 2021 and has also given directions for filing affidavits. In view of the aforesaid, AP No. 269 of 2021 is disposed of by permitting the parties to approach the learned Arbitral Tribunal within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order for appropriate interim measures, if so advised. In the meantime, the subsisting interim order dated 7th July, 2021 as

modified by the order dated 26th August, 2021 will continue to subsist for a period of two months from date.
