The Court :- The executor to the last Will and Testament dated 7th December, 2017 said to have been left by the deceased is sole heir and in case of death in intestacy of the testatrix. The beneficiaries are the executor and the wife of the executor.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
