The Court: Although, Mr. Sinha submits on behalf of the award-holder that the award was passed in breach of an order of this Court and can be set aside by this Court, Mr. Bag submits that his client is taking steps to file an application for setting aside the award.

Under such circumstances, this matter has now become infructuous. The Court takes judicial notice of the fact that the award was passed when an order of stay was operating. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Sinha, I do not think there is any need to keep this matter pending. The petitioner will take immediate steps in accordance with law.
