The Court : GA/1/2021 is in relation to condoning of delay in filing the inventory and accounts and for extension of time to file the same. On perusal of the above, I am satisfied and accordingly the delay is condoned and time to file inventory and accounts in the probate proceedings being PLA 151 of 2019 is extended for a period of seven days from date. GA/1/2021 is disposed of accordingly.
