The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order dated September 17, 2024 passed by a learned Judge of this Court in IA GACOM/5/2024, filed in CS-COM/122/2024 being a suit filed by the appellants herein.

The appellants filed the application praying for leave to disclose certain documents mentioned in paragraph-5 of the application. The learned Single Judge dismissed the application. Hence, this appeal.

We are afraid that this appeal is not maintainable on a conjoint reading of Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Accordingly, without addressing the merits of the case, we dismiss the appeal and the connected application.

This order will not prevent the appellants from pursuing any other remedy that they may have in law.
