The Court: Heard the parties. By consent of the parties Mr. Rupak Ghosh, Advocate and a Member of the Bar Library Club is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences by and between the parties. The Arbitrator is at liberty to fix his remuneration which would be shared by the parties in equal proportion. The interim order dated 15 December 2020 is extended till the disposal of the arbitral proceedings. With the aforesaid directions, AP 274 of 2020 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
