The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The deceased was a bachelor during his life time. The mother of the deceased predeceased him. All other heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 75,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
