Parties jointly file terms of settlement which has been drawn up in accordance with law and has duly been signed by the respective learned Advocates. The terms of settlement filed in Court today is taken on record. There shall be a decree in terms of the said terms of settlement and the terms of settlement shall be made part of such decree. Decree shall be drawn up expeditiously.

Interim order existing in the suit stands vacated.

The defendants submit that the entire payment under the said terms of settlement has duly been made to the plaintiff. Parties shall be at liberty to take steps in terms of the server copy of this order.
