The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this application for setting aside of an order dated 28th January, 2020 by reason of an order of the Supreme Court dated 5th August, 2019 by which all subsequent proceedings between the parties were directed to be in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration Act, 1940.

Leave is given to the petitioners to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh.

The respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 are represented. AP/275/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
