A point of jurisdiction has been raised by the respondent. By consent of the parties, let this matter stands transferred to the Appropriate Court i.e., The District Judge at Alipore Court. The concerned Department, High Court at Calcutta is directed forthwith transmit all the

pleadings by Special Messenger at the cost of the petitioner to the District Judge at Alipore Court.

AP No. 276 of 2021 stands treated as disposed of. The Department will treat AP No. 276 of 2021 as disposed of in so far as the records of this Court are concerned.
