The Court:- Pursuant to an order dated 31 August, 2023, the judgment debtor had undertaken to pay a sum of Rs.4 lakhs to the award holder in full and final settlement. It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that they have paid the entirety of the said amount and nothing further remains due and payable.

EC/161/2019 stands dismissed by recording full and final satisfaction of the award dated 31 March 2016. All interim orders stand vacated.

The Receiver stands discharged.

The award holder is directed to issue a 'No Objection Certificate' and furnish a copy of the same to the Advocates appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor. In default, liberty to apply. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.)
