...for the respondents The Court : It is submitted by learned counsel for the alleged contemnors that the second show-cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 29th April, 2021 and the petitioner has refused the same. This Court, therefore, directs the petitioner to appear before the Disciplinary Authority on next Wednesday i.e. 11th August, 2021 at 4 P.M. The Disciplinary Authority shall pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days thereof. This Court notes with anguish the absence of the alleged contemnor. It appears that the contemnor does not have regard for the Court.

This Court, therefore, directs the Chief Secretary of State of West Bengal to make an entry of this order in the personnel file of Mr. Rajanvir Singh Kapur. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.) Sbghosh
