The Court : It is submitted, upon instructions, on behalf of the assignee of the decree holder that, the assignee of the decree-holder does not want to proceed any further with this matter.

In view of the aforesaid, EC 183 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an execution petition afresh, if so advised in accordance with law.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
