The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 28th February, 2002 left behind by the above named deceased.

The parents and husband of the deceased predeceased her. All the surviving legal heirs have consented to the grant. After considering the supplementary affidavit filed by the joint executors on 10th September, 2025 and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, probate is granted in terms of prayer (a) of the application since the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
