The Court : By an order dated 4th July, 2022 in a proceeding pertaining to the company (in liquidation), this Court had directed that the liquidation proceeding be transferred to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata. The Official Liquidator is represented and submits that in view of the order passed in CA/12/2022 in CP/387/2014, this proceeding pertaining to the very same company (in liquidation) be also transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata. It is also submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that the order dated 4th July, 2022 has attained finality and no appeal is pending against the said order.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Official Liquidator and keeping in view the order dated 4th July, 2022 passed in CA/12/2022 in CP/387/2014 (Jessop and Company Limited (in liquidation) and Ors. Versus The

Official Liquidator, High Court at Calcutta) this proceeding shall also be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata. The Department shall treat CP/179/2014 as disposed of in so far as the records of this Court are concerned.

Needless to mention that all connected applications in CP 179 of 2014 also stand transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) D.Ghosh
