Learned advocate appearing for the executor submits that, due to the ongoing pandemic the inventory and accounts could not be filed within time. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to extend the time to file inventory and accounts in the department.

There will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons dated February 12, 2021. The inventory and accounts be filed in the department by February 26, 2021.
