The Court: In this writ petition the petitioner has claimed relief against the respondent whose office situates outside the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court. It is submitted by the petitioner that the school where he is presently serving situated within the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court, but she is not claiming any relief against the said school.

Accordingly, the department is directed to treat this application as Appellate Side matter and place the same before this Court tomorrow i.e. 18th November, 2020.
