1. Ms. Susmita Pal, learned Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

2. The Petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate and credits of the deceased Pranati Mukherjee, who died on 9th May, 2021, leaving behind two sons, that is, the petitioner herein namely, Subhasis Mukherjee and another Subhankar Kukherjee.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased was predeceased to her who died on 23th February, 1999. Out of two sons, one son namely, Subhankar Mukherjee also died on 27th April, 2022 during the pendency of this case.

4. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the application, this Court finds that there is no impediment

to grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner of the estate to the credits of the deceased, having effect within the State of West Bengal, subject to furnishing the personal bond of Rs.7 Lac with two surety.

5. The department is directed not to draw up and complete the order.

6. PLA/211/2021 is disposed of.
