The Court : In this application under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 the applicant, being the respondent in the arbitral proceeding prays for an order extending the time to make and publish the award by the learned sole Arbitrator. Even the claimant in the arbitral proceeding supports the prayer of the petitioner. Considering the facts of the case, the time to make and publish of the award by the sole Arbitrator is extended till April 30, 2021.

The application, AP No.280 of 2020 stands disposed of accordingly.
