1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is going to expire on April 12, 2025. Both parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended for the ends of justice. The proceedings are at the stage of arguments.

2. Considering the substantial progress made in the arbitral proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate by a further period of one

year from the date of communication of this order to enable the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.
