... for the respondent This application is for extension of the mandate given to the Tribunal which was appointed pursuant to an order dated 28th November, 2017. The arbitration commenced thereafter on 30th November, 2017. A further order was passed on 25th July, 2019 on a prayer for extension of time by the petitioner which was extended till 31st March, 2020 for the Tribunal to conclude the reference.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the arguments of the parties were concluded in February 2020 and only the award of the learned Arbitrator remains to be delivered.

Learned Counsel for the respondent does not have any objection to the mandate of the Tribunal being extended.

Since it has been submitted by the parties that no further hearing is necessary in the arbitration and only the award is left to be delivered, A.P.
