The Court : It is submitted that the order on which contempt alleged has been complied with. Payment has been made to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that his clients are not clear as to the rate of interest applied for release of such payment. Mr. Niladri Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that any discrepancy, if noted by the petitioner, may be communicated to him and the issue would be amicably resolved.

Mr. Rajanvir Singh Kapur is personally present in Court. It is a relief to see that he is appropriately attired today in consonance with the respect due to be given to the Constitutional body. This Court notes with sadness in two earlier

occasions where the attire was inappropriate. He has unconditionally apologised for the conduct and it is submitted that he had no intention to disrespect the Court.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application is disposed of with a reprimand to the contemnor Mr. Rajanvir Singh Kapur and with a direction not to repeat the conduct again.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. The Rule shall stand dispensed with.
