IA No.GA/1/2022 is an application for disposing of the AP/286/2021 in terms of the compromised Terms of Settlement executed and filed between the parties being Annexure - B of this petition. Since both parties are agreeable to the same, IA No.GA/1/2022 is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b). Accordingly, AP/286/2021 is disposed of.
