The Court :-This matter has been brought into the list on being mentioned by the petitioner for correction of an inadvertent erroneous recording in the order dated 14th August, 2025. It is submitted by the petitioner that the husband of the deceased (testatrix) died after the death of the testatrix, but in the order it has been recorded that the husband had predeceased the testatrix. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the first sentence in the second paragraph of the order "the husband of the deceased predeceased her" is deleted and replaced by "the husband of the testatrix died after the death of the testatrix, but prior to making of this application". Let this substitution be incorporated in the order dated 14th August, 2025.

The order dated 14th August, 2025 shall be read, meant and construed with the corrections as aforesaid.
