1. Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned Advocates representing the petitioner, State respondent and the respondent no.4.

2. Mr. Siddhartha Banerjee, learned Advocate, representing the petitioner, submits that though complaints were lodged with the concerned police station seeking steps to be taken by the police authorities which would facilitate the petitioner to park his car at the parking space in question inside a premises but inaction on the part of the police authorities prompted the

petitioner to approach this Court with a present writ petition seeking direction upon the police authorities.

3. Upon hearing the learned Advocates representing the parties, it appears that the issue hinges on the right of the petitioner to park his car at the parking space inside a premises and such right ought not to be decided by the police authorities. The petitioner for parking his car at the demarcated space is required to approach the appropriate forum. However, the police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and keep a vigil.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of.
