The Court : The parties jointly submit that several litigations inter se between the parties including the present suit which are or were pending before different courts have been settled by implementing a settlement agreement dated 11th October, 2022. A copy of the said settlement agreement placed before the Court is retained with the records. The parties jointly submit that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in CS 120 of 2021 and as such the plaintiff intends to withdraw the suit and the defendants do not object to such withdrawal.

By consent of parties, the settlement in the instant suit in terms of the agreement dated 11th October, 2022 is recorded. The suit is dismissed

as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications are accordingly disposed of without any further order.
