The Court:- Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that during pendency of the contempt application, the alleged contemnor has passed a reasoned order. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. I am afraid that the Court sitting in the contempt jurisdiction will not be the proper forum to decide the legality of the reasoned order passed by the alleged contemnor.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order passed by the authority before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
