1. Affidavit of service is taken on record. Although the respondent is not present, an email received from the respondent has been produced before this Court, indicating that the respondent does not have any objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The email is taken on record. The affidavit of service also indicates that the respondent has been served. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 9th April, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of examination of the respondent's witness.

2. This Court finds that considerable progress has been made in the proceeding. Ends of justice demands that the mandate should be extended, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.

4. Accordingly, AP-COM/293/2025 is disposed of.
