The Court : This writ application was dismissed for default on 18th November, 2017.

It appears that the records have not been maintained properly and the writ is being shown as pending. That is why it has been listed before me today.

It is noticed that like this there are several matters which have been disposed of and such disposal has not been entered in the records, as a result of which the records show the matter to be pending. It has also been noticed that even after disposal from time to time, the matters are being listed and then delisted on the ground that they have already been disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Registrar General and the Registrar (Listing) with a request to take immediate action so that all disposed of matters are properly entered in the records and the list of pending matters be revised and prepared accordingly. (I. P. MUKERJI, J.) A Dey
