It is submitted by learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors, on instruction, that the said plan shall be furnished by tomorrow to the applicant. Subject to recording such undertaking, CC/34/2021 is disposed of in view of substantial compliance of the order, of which compliance was sought.

The recommendation on the basis of which learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the marked plan was a part of the recommendation dated September 2, 2021, filed today by learned Counsel for the applicant, be kept on record. There will be no order as to costs.
