...for respondents The Court :-The petitioner has challenged the appointment of one member enquiry committee on June 17, 2020 by Visva Bharati authority. He has also challenged the suspension order dated July 4, 2020 issued by Visva Bharati. From a perusal of the records disclosed in the writ petition it appears that all the decisions of Visva Bharati authority which have been challenged by the petitioner have been issued from the office of Visva Bharati at Shantiniketan. The petitioner may be posted in a unit of Visva Bharati at Kolkata, but there is absence of any pleading that he received any of the communication at his office at Calcutta.

In such view of the matter this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition should be moved in the Appellate Side. The department, however, is directed to treat the writ petition as a matter of Appellate Side.

List this writ petition before this Court tomorrow (18.11.2020) as an Appellate Side matter.
