1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is going to expire on 31st May, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of examination of witnesses.

2. Learned advocate for the respondent does not raise any question with regard to the maintainability of the application.

3. Under such circumstances and for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from

the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.
