By this writ petition, petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to dispose of its appeal relating to assessment year 2014-15 which was filed on 16th January, 2020 expeditiously.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 310 of 2024 is disposed of directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to dispose the appeal in question of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within the period of six months from date. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
