The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which expired on 10th April, 2025. It is submitted by both the parties that the arbitral proceeding is in the verge of conclusion and in the final argument stage. This Court is of the view that sufficient progress has been made in the arbitration proceedings and the same is mere completion. For the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of eight months from the date of communication

of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. The allegations and counter-allegations are not gone into. AP 60 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
