1. Though the matter is specially fixed today for witness action at 2:00 PM but the Learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has got written instruction from the plaintiff to withdraw the instant suit against the defendants.

2. Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over the written instruction dated 1st September, 2025 wherein the plaintiff has requested the Learned Advocate for the plaintiff to withdraw the suit filed against the defendants.

3. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and as per the written instruction dated 1st September, 2025, CSCOM/280/2024 [Old No. CS/126/2021] [MICKY METALS LTD -VSPUTUL GHOSH AND ANR.] is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Consequently, interlocutory application, if any, also stands dismissed.
