...For the Respondent The Court : Learned Counsel for the applicant has filed the affidavit of service indicating that the respondent is served in the matter. This application has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of the arbitrator. Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. Counsel submits that they are willing to go for arbitration and have left the name of the arbitrator upon this Court as they have not been able to concur on an arbitrator.

In view of the above, Mr. Mani Shankar Dwivedy, Retired District Judge, Mobile No.9903143132 is appointed as arbitrator. The

appointment is subject to submission of declaration by the Arbitrator in terms of Section 12(1) in the form prescribed in the Sixth Schedule of the Act before the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within four weeks from today.

Let this order be conveyed to the Arbitrator by the Registrar, Original Side forthwith.

AP No.74 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
