As agreed to by the Learned Counsels, the defendant is given liberty to withdraw the Bank guarantee in terms of the Order of the Division Bench dated 18th November, 2024. The Registrar, Original Side shall do the needful in this regard. Liberty is given for clarification, if needed.

The suit stands disposed of as withdrawn.
