The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the amount due to the petitioner has since been paid by the alleged contemnor, some penalty ought to be awarded due to the delay in making such payment. However, considering the facts of the case and that the contempt has since been purged, although belatedly, this Court is not inclined to grant any penalty for the alleged contempt.

In view of the matter having been resolved, CC/68/2025 stands discharged and disposed of.
