The Court: The petitioner submits that a memorandum of understanding has been entered into between the parties after the award has been published and in terms of the said memorandum of understanding, the award is likely to be discharged.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find that there is any need to keep this application for post award injunction pending. If the memorandum of understanding does not work out, petitioner is always at liberty to pray for execution at the appropriate stage.
