The Court : The parties have agreed to an out of court settlement. In terms of such settlement three affidavits of undertaking have been filed on behalf of the defendants. One of such affidavit has been affirmed by the defendant no.3 on behalf of self and defendant nos.1 and 2 on 12th January, 2021. The other two affidavits also affirmed on 12th January, 2021 are respectively on behalf of the defendant nos.4 and 5. In view of such affidavits being filed, all the five defendants in the suit have given their respective undertakings. The said affidavits of undertaking are taken on record. The suit is decreed by recording such undertakings. A decree in terms of such undertakings be drawn up expeditiously.
