The facts involved in this case have been recorded in the order dated December 11, 2024.

Today, it has been submitted by the Corporation that the demolition work has been completed, and only the debris lying at the relevant premises requires to be removed.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute this statement.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition being WPO/322/2024 granting liberty upon the Corporation to realise the cost of demolition from respondent no.9.
