The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff, that there are formal defects in the plaint. The plaintiff prays to withdraw the plaint. In view of such formal defects, IP-COM/21/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to file the suit afresh before the Appropriate Division of this Court if so advised.

Leave is granted to the plaintiff to file a fresh suit on the selfsame cause of action. The Court fees tendered would be returned to the plaintiff to enable the plaintiff to use the same in respect of a fresh suit that must be lodged within fourteen days from date. In default of the fresh suit being lodged within such time, the plaintiff will forfeit the right to use the same Court Fees. In view of the above, IP-COM 21/2025 and GA-COM/1/2025 stand dismissed.
