In the facts of the present case, since the first appeal filed by the petitioner is yet to be considered and decided, it would be appropriate to direct the First Appellate Authority to consider and dispose of such appeal in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order to him. WPO 348 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
