...for respondents The Court :- The petitioner has filed this writ petition in the Original Side Jurisdiction of this Court alleging that the office of the respondent no. 4, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is situated at 77/2, Park Street, Kolkata 700 016 within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, it is common knowledge that the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has its office at Salt Lake outside the jurisdiction of this court. This has already been recorded in the order passed today, in WPO 346 of 2020.

The mentioning of the address of the respondent no. 4 at 77/2, Park Street is not bona fide.

Accordingly, the department is directed to treat this writ petition as an Appellate Side matter and list this matter after one week. (ASHIS KUMAR CHAKRABORTY, J.) GH.
